   I am happy with my purchase and like the knife very much. I purchased the regular-sized Buck Trapper knife from a chain store and found it marked with “China.” I thought that I would be purchasing a Buck knife made in the USA if I bought it via Amazon.com. That wasn’t the case, since the mini-trapper was also marked with “China.” I own two other Buck knives I purchased 30 years ago marked USA and they are still going strong and holding a sharp edge. I can only hope that both trapper knives marked “China” are as durable.

   I bought this knife for my daughter to use when we go camping. She watches her brothers do some light carving while we are out in the woods, and she wanted to do the same. It has been a good quality knife, and the size is just right.

   This is just a nice knife, I know it will be real handy to have around. The base end has a nice feel and comfortable to use.

   This is MINI for sure. Quality is what you expect from Buck, which is to say very very good. As pocket knives go, this is as small as one you would want.
