I am a longtime fan of Spyderco knives. I’ve carried one everyday since I first bought one back around 1991. I love that the knife clips to your pocket so that you don’t have to dig for it. One handed operation is easy and fast. The hole in the blade is often copied by others, but Spyderco seems to have perfected it. For an everyday use knife, I prefer the shorter blades over the tactical or tacticool longer blades.

@ELHIEGER1 It’s better than nothing. Here in Maryland it’s next to impossible to get a concealed carry permit. Having a knife with a good sharp edge on it that I can deploy fast is a comfort to me. Years ago here in Baltimore a man and his wife was attacked by a homelesss man. The man pulled out a swiss army knife and killed the homeless man. Bystanders thought the man just punched the attacker in the chest until they saw the knife sticking out. Will
